Team Leader / Lead Arborist

• Location: Petersfield, Hampshire

• Salary: £39,000 - £42,000 per annum

• Employment: Full-time Permanent

JH Tree Services Hampshire Ltd is a professional, growing arboricultural contractor working across utility, commercial, construction and selected domestic projects throughout Hampshire and surrounding counties.

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader / Lead Climber who can run a site safely, efficiently and professionally.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, and a passion for arboriculture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and organise a small team on site daily

• Carry out climbing and aerial tree

• Maintain high safety and work standards

• Represent the company professionally with clients

• Ensure works are completed on time and to specification

Requirements

• Strong climbing experience within arboriculture

• Previous experience leading a team

• Relevant NPTC/Lantra qualifications

• Full UK driving licence

• Good Communication and professional attitude
